Training
SLM believes that training for consultants is crucial in order to achieve good results. All consultants joining the company will be put through a training programme, relevant to their level of expertise. The training is tailored according to your background and previous experiences:-
Level 1 – Individuals entirely new to recruitment
Level 2 – Individuals with commercial experience, recruited from industry, but new to recruitment
Level 3 – Individuals with prior experience in recruitment
Depending on your entry level, you will be put through a number of training modules that will cover the entire lifecycle of a recruitment consultant.
